The Municipal Court is responsible for the following:

  • Deferred dispositions
  • Driving safety courses
  • Process citations

Payments

No personal checks are accepted by the court for payment of fines or citations. We accept Visa or Mastercard with proper ID or online payments.

Driving Fine Information

Anyone under the age of 18 years of age that holds a provisional driver’s license, must complete a road test with the DPS.

Any qualifying person under the age of 25 years who requests a deferred disposition on a moving violation, must complete a driver’s safety course as a stipulation of the deferred disposition.

Defendants must appear within 10 business days from the date of the citation. Phone calls do not constitute a court appearance.

Fines are subject to change without warning.
