About Lindale City Council
The Lindale City Council is composed of a mayor and 5 single member district council members, elected at-large for 3-year terms, to represent the citizens of the City of Lindale.
City Council Meetings
The Lindale City Council meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. at the Lindale City Hall, 105 Ballard Drive. Any person wishing to address the council on agenda items must register with the city secretary by 5 p.m. Monday, before City Council meeting. If you would like to speak to the City Council on another subject, please sign up prior to the City Council meeting on Tuesday night.
Agendas are posted on the city website and the bulletin board at City Hall 72 hours prior to the meeting(s). Copies of the agendas are available at the city secretary’s office or on this website.
Agenda Item Requests
An agenda item request form is available at City Hall. The completed form must be received by the City Manager’s office no later than noon on the Wednesday prior to the regular Council meeting you have requested to attend. The form must include your:
- Address
- Fax number if available
- Name
- Specific request
- Telephone number
Note
Agenda items shall be scheduled as soon as possible by the city manager but no later than 30 days from the date of the written request.
